They are the best HD dealership I have ever dealt with and certainly the place to go in my area for HD sales and service. I just bought a 2020 Harley Street glide in stiletto red my sales representative Nate, who answered all my questions and helped me through the purchasing process was a great asset to me pointed me in the right direction gave me all the information I asked for did a great job The battery on my bike ended up being no good to no one‘s fault. It was a five-year-old battery it owed nobody nothing I took it down there they tested. It told me it was bad. They help me replace the battery because I was a new customer. I didn’t have to pay for the battery which I’m very grateful for Carter helped me in that process All in all 10 out of 10 for bike purchasing experience service after the sale experience I would highly recommend anybody that is looking for a Harley Davidson to shop at roosters Harley Davidson
Was really upset rode out of our way so I could get my mom a t-shirt from here and Google said they were open. Then I left a message and sent an email and really super nice girl called me and went through several shirts texting back and forth and I found 2 and bought them it was an easy transaction process. When I received my package it had a few extra goodies in the box which I appreciated so I am giving them a 5 star because of their follow up and friendliness when I might not have been so nice in the beginning. I hope they have changed Google open days and times, I have not checked it.
