This review is a little late but I'm doing it to share my experience. As everybody here in West Texas knows we had a ice Storm come in on 1/23/26 arrived at Ron Hoover at approximately 11:30 to pick up my new trailer I had all my paperwork done finance approved all I had to do was sign papers and swap trailers everything was looking good for me to get out at 3:00 p.m. everything was looking up until I signed the paperwork and got to their service center location to pick up the new trailer when I arrived my new washer and dryer was out in the rain uncovered and unattended while they waited for a hole saw to arrive I asked the make ready techs about it they told me it was covered in plastic to which I showed him the picture that it definitely was not I believe this caused them to drag their feet on installing the washer and dryer it took four guys three and a half hours total to install a washer and dryer into my trailer causing me to leave at 6:00 Friday night and drive straight into an ice storm I had to then spend two nights at a hotel while my trailer froze over cracking both bathroom faucets. The worst part of it all is they didn't even install the washer correctly the water fittings on the back of the washer we're not tightened enough and we're spraying water out I only noticed this because the front cap of my trailer had standing water in it. All in all my experience started good I was very hopeful that Ron Hoover was not like other dealerships I've dealt with in the past but in the end the experience was just as off-putting as the rest of them.
This place is an amazing place! They are miraculous and truly amazing! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. My wife worked with Randy and she was able to get what she wanted! Happy Wife Happy Life! This is my first home/trailer, and they made it happen. If you are looking for an rv or trailer, DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL OR COME IN TO GET WHAT YOU WANT! They are awesome!
I had a great experience buying my 5th wheel from Ron Hoover RV after meeting them at the Midland RV Show. Dexter and his team took excellent care of me throughout the entire process, including working fairly with my trade-in. I was asked to put down a good-faith deposit, and once the deal was completed, the deposit was promptly refunded—no issues at all. Everything was handled professionally and transparently. I absolutely love the 5th wheel and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Dexter and the Ron Hoover RV team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for an RV.

On November 8, 2025, I paid $500 as a good faith deposit at the request of Dexter to take an RV off the market and allow negotiations to continue. We were unable to reach an agreement by November 14, 2025, and Dexter assured us the $500 would be refunded. Since then, the refund has not been processed. I made multiple attempts to contact Dexter via phone and text with no response. My wife finally reached him using a different number, but instead of resolving the issue, he gave us the runaround. As of December 22, 2025, we are still waiting for our refund. This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you value honesty and transparency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
