Once entering the store I was greeted nicely and then Department Manager came up and after 17 years he remembered me which I thought was amazing. He actually sold me my 1st zero turn mower 17 years ago. Great individual. After that the department salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. Actually told him that the same 4 wheeler was 200 less expensive at another place but due to the friendly and helpful nature I didn’t care and knew I was in the right place.
