We had a great buying experience from River Valley in Rochester. Randi greeted us with such a warm, genuine welcome the moment we walked in. She set the tone for the whole experience—super friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Korbin was fantastic to work with as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the machines they had, answered every question we threw at him, and never rushed us. His patience and honesty made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Even though Caiden isn't a salesman he still jumped in to help us out. He was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed along the way. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Korbin! So far we are loving our 2025 Can Am HD10!!
Found a .machine that was what I had been looking for and wanted for 4 years so I reached out to Blake who was very helpful and attentive to all of my questions and responded quickly and professionally each time. He along with Brad and Jason got me the financing quickly and painlessly. Following weekend drove 5 hours from Fargo to pick it up and they had me in and out the door in less then an hour . Actually made the process of getting something enjoyable and stress free again. Super stoked. The only part of the experienced that sucked was driving through Minneapolis traffic during rush hour through narrow construction zones pulling a car trailer with my new maverick on it , and getting passed by fully loaded semis on top of it. God I'm glad I dont live in that mess
I was very interested in getting a new machine, I wanted to balance my choice with the payment range I wanted. Blake the salesman was aggressive about me giving them $1,000 before any kind of approval was given, before financing was even processed. He kept saying that’s just the process there is to give a $1000 dollar deposit without even finding out if I was qualified or at the payments I wanted. All of that I was ok with generally if that was the process but still wanted to see if I got approved and what note would be just cause some months are better than others at my job and wanted around $600 a month. Again I was not walking away yet just kinda disturbed by his tactics. Well then I found out from a mutual person we both know that he went and asked if I can even afford this or do I have money for this which one put him in a awkward place but really pissed me off! Because I want to be careful about choices made he goes and insinuates that I’m broke and wanted to know from this other guy if I had money which he wouldn’t know that about me anyway. Rude and a bit of invasion of my privacy. Needless to say I absolutely will not do business there because of that. Blake and his unprofessional behavior and tactics cost them a sell. Which I am sure probably doesn’t amount to much with these people but knowing I’m taking my business elsewhere should! To bad I didn’t get Korbin based off reviews
