Story of our lives. Only lake day we can enjoy because River Valley Service cant get it together. Bought a brand new Cobalt last year and hasn't worked more than it has. Between wiring issues, bilge blower not working, speakers and battery issues. This week's issue: River Valley fixed our tire and didn't tighten the lug nuts so now we have a bent trailer vendor and no tire.
Eric was awesome. Handled a defect in the gelcoat quickly with a “we owe u” so i could use the boat for the season and worked to get it handled well over the winter even covering the storage. Highly recommend working with him as your sales agent.
