First, thank you Moises and Mateo for the process of getting my husband's R1M. We drove from Panama City with the kids and got to have a mini vacation out of it. Unfortunately, due to Westlake taking a while, we had to come home, but the good news came the next week and the bike was shipped! Thanks for working on getting it to us fast! Yay! Sadly, the battery died shortly after the driver left. It did however start before loading it onto the truck and when the driver was here. It was just a small thing. Nothing a charger couldn't fix. After dealing with a stressful situation from a previous dealership and trying to secure a bike that ended up falling through, I turned to Riders Miami and Mateo was able to get my approved for this beautiful 2025 R1M. Pictures and videos do not do this bike justice. Mateo was able to answer all the questions I had, send videos due to being out of the local area and even helped with taking price off the shipping due to a slight hiccup with the bank. But overall Thank you Riders Miami for hooking me up with my new ride. If you are in need of a new bike, this is the place to be.

I brought my motorcycle to this dealership for routine maintenance. The bike was sold to me with a warranty. After two weeks of waiting, I was informed that a motor gasket needed to be replaced and that this repair was not covered under the warranty. I then informed them that I would be picking up my motorcycle. However, during that entire period, no actual work was performed on the bike. Nothing! Not even oil change. I consider this a clear lack of professionalism and a disregard for my time as a customer. Furthermore, upon returning home and inspecting the motorcycle, I noticed damage that was not present when I left it in their care. The rear seat now has a visible tear, and the front brake lever has a scratch. These damages occurred while the motorcycle was under their responsibility.
