I bought a one 1650 angler sport from Rapid Marine. Sales portion went great. After having the boat for about 2 months somebody hit my trailer when I was fishing. I called the salesperson i dealt with that rapid Marine to get a new trailer. He advised me to go to a different company to buy the trailer because it would be faster. Upon doing that we discovered that the trailer rapid Marine sold me was undersized. Rapid Marine says it is the correct trailer and so does Lund. I have verified this with the trailer company, Lund, and Lund lawyers that The trailer is a 2000 lb gvwr. I weighed the boat on a cat certified scale and it was over 2,000 lb with only the things in the boat that I left the lund dealership with when I bought it. Lund will not make this right and neither will rapid Marie. With the trailer they sold me with my boat is illegal to pull it down the highway. Another problem with rapid Marine was getting warranty. Work done was an absolute hassle. It seemed like they did not want to work on the boat for were warranty issues.
Andrew and the rest of the Rapid team in St. Cloud always provide awesome service and in a timely fashion. They are always very helpful with answering my questions and making suggestions to improve my boating/fishing experience.

We have had our Ranger Boat into Rapid Marine twice in the last month for warranty work. The service was great! They were able to get us in and take care of our issues very quickly. The communication was excellent. Bryon and Andrew at the service desk were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. The quality of the work performed was excellent. They got us up and running promptly! We purchased the boat out of state and recently moved to Saint Cloud, they treated us no differently than if we had bought the boat from them or not. Awesome service and a great dealer! Bought a new Lund Fury 1600 the boat and motor are awesome! We had an issue with our trailer nothing wrong with it. Just was not what worked for us. Most any other place would tell you to pound dirt. Caleb was right on it even calling me a bit after hours to tell me what could be done. This is what sold me on Rapid Marine Caleb said we want satisfied customers. We got our new trailer it works awesome for us. Tara made the financing go smooth as can be and the service guys helped get my boat rigged up perfectly. Very helpful in answering those questions on operation and maintenance after the sale.
