Honest knowledgeable quick to answer the phone and answer my questions. They did major work on my 73 shovel head just rode home to Newport News and everything seems to work as it should. I also had my 20 23 1/2 CVO towed on a Sunday. Steve showed right up pick my bike up stored it and took it to the Harley-Davidson dealer to get repair work done. Thanks guys
Charged me money for removing and reinstalling a battery they are responsible for draining/damaging, had to personally drive battery to store of purchase just to be informed nothing was wrong with said battery. 3 days after pick up from shop, still no issues with battery. Update after full week of zero charging, either through tender or alternator, and battery was still strong enough to turn bike over.
Great service and customer service. Definitely got me as a customer. Highly recommend. The best place for motorcycles inspection.
Horrible experience. Dont waste your time or money!!!! They are getting very careless and its ridiculous. I got the motorcycle repaired last year here and I was very happy for a few months until the same issues came back less then a year later. I brought the bike in for a diagnostics to find out why it's still having the same problems. I decided to decline the repairs because it seemed redundant and I wanted a second opinion. It took them a week to put my bike back together so I could come pick it up. I gave them an hour notice before I came so they could have it ready. When I got there I paid for the diagnostic fee and was told that someone would help me load it on my trailer and give me the keys. We loaded the bike then I had to ask for my keys which that person didn't have who then told me to ask the front desk. I went back inside then had to wait for him to find the keys because he thought the technician had it. So this is where it gets worst... I took the bike to another shop a few days later and found out I was missing multiple parts off my bike and my battery. I had to call precision and ask them what happened to my motorcycle PARTS and BATTERY??? I was told they would call me after they investigate to find out what happened. After they realized the technician forgot to reinstall the parts and the battery they called me back so I could pick it up. At the other shop I found out that PRECISIONS recommendation was exaggerated and it only cost a fraction of what they were going to charge me to get the bike fixed. I was very upset that I had wasted all that time and money already however my bike is fixed now. PRECISION almost RIPPED me off for a whole bunch of unnecessary repairs. Even worse their careless mistake could have cost me a lot of money later from having to replace all those factory parts they forgot to reinstall. I was very disappointed and not satisfied with the resolution so instead of asking for my money back I decided to post this review for the world to see and let all of you know how they are doing business.
I came here on a Saturday morning. They replaced and balanced my BMW tires (without any scratches !). The owner and the mechanic are friendly & professional. I recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
