For Christmas, I purchased an intercom system online, for me and my husband's helmets. As a long-term customer of Power Sports, I decided to go and ask if they'd install both intercoms, since my purchase wasn't originally made there. I was greeted by the parts manager, Jenny when I walked in. I've seen her on numerous occasions when I'd go for tune ups or repairs. She's a bright light with a huge smile and ALWAYS available to help. Jenny was more than happy to assist with the install. After running a few errands, I returned to Power Sports. The helmets were completed. She even surprised me with an "on-the-house" cost. What a sweet gesture right after Christmas and some unexpected vet bills just before that. It melted my heart at a much-needed time. Jenny's the perfect person to engage with as a first contact when you walk through the front door. Went in to look at a bike I had seen online and was helped by a gentleman named Noah. He was very knowledgeable on the questions I had and sought out answers for any he couldn’t provide himself. The guy was super professional and 10/10 would go back to him if I was in the market for a new bike. The staffing was great and they handled the delivery of my bike amazingly.
I m fairly new to the area and I have been shopping around for helmets and cardos and when I got into this dealership you can tell they are all about “customer service”. I have 25+ years of experience managing people and dealing with customers and right away Sam and Jenny exudes excelente customer service. I bought 2 Helmets and 2 Cardos and I will be back for sure, they have earned my business and I can recommend these people. 👍🏻
