Pilson Powersports is a fabulous place to purchase! All of the dealers in my area charge BS fees over MSRP since COVID. I spoke with Jack at Pilson. He stated they do not charge fees over MSRP. He gave me a great number on the SXS I was replacing, so I din't have to mess with selling myself. I drove nearly 3 hours to get there with my trade on a trailer. Walked in and was shown the Can-Am I was purchasing. It was clean, prepped, full of fuel, and ready to go. Numbers were exactly as promised. In and out in an hour or so. Super easy buying experience and the next time I'm in the market, I will be contacting Pilson Powersports! Definitely recommended!
I always wait a few months before reviewing. Great job and fairly treated here. Had a wire/plug pull loose under the tank on my KLR650 and was fixed ASAP while I waited.....yes I called first for an appointment but they know I have to come about 50 miles and trailer the bike up. No charge, no problems. Less than an hour and 10 minutes I was back on the trailer and tied and gone. I have one more HD Touring bike and am going to trade it off for either a street bike that is more manageable for a 67 year old man or an ATV. Still thinking which way to go. They do well here from sales to maintenance. They do follow up with phone calls, maybe a bit too many times but better than not at all. I will trade and do business here from now on. For anyone who is complaining about service-well you are not the only customer and when the business is doing as well as they are you may have to wait a bit but it has been worth it. Price complaints-those are set by the manufacturer....there is some wiggle room but if you don't like it talk to the Kawasaki Motor Company and the government.....good luck! Mark.

Recently I was shopping around for a new golf cart and was not having any luck locally, so I decided to make the trip to Pilson Powersports and I am so happy I did. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. They were not pushy or overwhelming, they simply gave me and my father space to make our decision based off what we experienced and the Atlas cart we test drove. They were able to answer all our questions and when they weren't sure, they came back in minutes with the information. After some negotiating, I feel we came to a very fair price and am very happy with our deal! Outstanding products and service! Recommend this place to anyone looking for new Cart, SXS, ATV, or Motorcycle.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my 2025 Outlander 700 DPS in for warranty repairs and was charged $200. The same issue came back not long after. I asked for my money back, and they said they would refund me if I could prove the repair was covered under warranty. I took it to another dealership where it was confirmed to be a warrantied repair and sent them the proof — still no response. Later I found out they never even submitted a warranty claim for a brand new outlander with less than 50 miles like they said they did. This place is shady and dishonest. They’d rather take your money than earn your business. Edit they did finally refund the $200 posted the check after I left this review. Will not do business here anymore.
