2025 and they will not service my 2014 Royal Enfield classic 500. This is still the longest continuous production motorcycle in history. All the parts are available at Hitchcock’s out of England, if you’re a mechanic and know what you’re looking for it’s not rocket science. As it stands, my bike is not inspected. I’ve clearly wasted money on registration and insurance. Below is my original review. Four Stars!!! Busy service and they had me done in a few hours, 50 point inspection, changed a bulb I didn’t know was out. Tightened up the chain. Great regular service, the bike is definitely running better. The reason for my less than perfect review is about repair service. I wanted a few little rubber bits, that are wearing out. This is a 2014 motorcycle, less than ten years old. They can’t order the parts. They are a Royal Enfield dealer, if I can’t get it done here, where? Off to the Internet looking for a fix. Considering I just left a repair shop, not great. I love this bike, but I don’t know how much longer I will be able to keep it going. I want a decent highway bike too, classic 500 cuts out at 70mph. It’s cool and a great first bike, but doesn’t completely fill my needs. I wanted to edit it at three stars, but I expected a little better trade-in offer. Marc was not friendly was not professional, and I received several unwelcome emails from him responding to my inquiries. In fact, I had to inquire about a new bike to hear back from them again at all. I gave them every opportunity to earn a five star review and they just don’t care. I was gonna take the thousand dollar trade-in offer but I can sell it online for three times more or sell quickly for two times more. If it had been my business, I would do whatever I could to make this right . I also would never turn away a bike that was bought brand new at my shop. Everything is available on the Internet. There’s no professional excuse for any of my problems that I’ve had with this business .

My mom came to visit from vermont. She has a new mazda and couldn't operate her remote start from her phone. Upon walking in mom was treated with respect patience and professionalism. Thank you guys. Absolutely wonderful place!!

Needed help getting a tire mounted on my motorcycle wheel being a Saturday. My only day off they’re closed. Go figure. But there was a service tech there working on his own tires and after listening to my situation, the bite being my only transportation to work Monday through Friday until my work vehicle is fixed. I was in a predicament and needed help he graciously gave me the effort that was required to break down the tire and get the new one on the wheel. I took it home from there a very happy Blouins customer.

I just purchased a new Indian Pursuit from these folks and could not be happier with every aspect of the transaction. I knew which bike I wanted so I didn't need not need to visit the showroom. Paul sent me photos of the models he had on the floor, I picked the one I wanted. I did the credit app over the phone and he secured the financing. Everything without leaving my chair. Fast and excellent service. Cam in the parts department has been first rate. Very responsive and knowledgable about some upgrades that I wanted. They delivered my bike in perfect condition and picked up my trade-in. This was a tremendous sales experience. Highly recommend this dealer.
