This a great shop if your riding at wayne national forest this is the place to stop. Super helpful staff that will work with you. I punctured my side wall four wheeler tire and got two new tires mounted and back in the trail within a hour. Huge shout out to Osborn offload they saved our riding trip. Highly recommend if your in there area this is the place to go.
Really impressed with how quickly these guys helped me get into the bike I wanted and the price was unbeatable. Solid shop for parts and gear and a must see if you are shopping for a new dirt bike.
The prices are about market standard, my 3 star rating is due to lack of communication. For reference, the work that needed done was to repair a small oil leak, about an hour's worth of work. They seemed really nice...took a look at my bike and got it back to me quickly saying it was safe to ride in the ride I was going on, and that they would order the part. I was really impressed. I did take it on the ride, and had to put oil in it, but no big deal. Up to this point I had one small issue where I asked when the part would be in and they said they would call me back. They did not, I called the following day to find out when the part would be in. They told me Wednesday, but it might be delayed, which is fine. I had my bike dropped off on Wednesday afternoon. At the time the bike was dropped off, there was no comments made about the part being behind schedule, and I had received no calls, so I assumed they had received it on schedule. By Friday I still had not heard from them, so I called to find out what was going on. They told me the part wouldn't be in until Tuesday. I waited until the following Wednesday to call. I was informed that the part had been delivered to somewhere in Lancaster, and they were out picking it up. I called again on Thursday afternoon and was told the work on the bike had been completed that morning. I asked for the total, which took a few minutes because the gentleman I spoke to had to look up the price of the oil. He gave me a price before tax, and when I asked for a price after tax he sighed and calculated it for me. I'm used to much more communication from automotive and bike shops. Things happen, parts get delayed, work gets delayed, and I'm usually very patient about that. But I had to call to find out what was going on after the fact every step of the way here. I'm a patient person when it comes to mechanics, but I don't like being left in the dark. I hope they are able to improve communication in the future.
