I purchased a 2024 Ryker 900 from Orion Motorsports, and the buying experience was disappointing. After the purchase, I completed what was presented as an anonymous feedback survey from Can-Am, as I had concerns about potential retaliation based on my interactions in the store. Within minutes of submitting the review, I received a phone call from the owner, Mr. Orion, during which I was spoken to in an unprofessional and demeaning manner. After a few minutes of expressing his disappointment in my review, while never asking what I felt was wrong, he stated I would need to find another dealership for service and hung on me like a child. This was a blessing as it led me to an excellent local Ryker service provider, D&D Performance Cycles!! Based on my experience, I would not recommend Orion Motorsports to anyone. I gave two stars instead of 1 because there was a really nice gentleman who was a parts guy I believe, and he was very respectful and friendly to me so Thank you to him
