I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Andrew and the team at Harley-Davidson of New Orleans! A few weeks ago, I was in an accident that wrecked my old bike, and honestly, I wasn’t planning on buying another one right away. I just wanted to stop in, talk about what I was looking for, and get some questions answered. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome. Andrew was incredibly understanding and patient with me, especially as I’ve been recovering. He took the time to really listen and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Any question I had, he either answered thoroughly or took the time to ask someone who knew. That kind of attention and care meant a lot. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. It didn’t feel like a typical sales experience — it honestly felt like I was talking with a group of friends I’ve known for years. I’m so thankful for the support, patience, and genuine kindness Andrew and the team showed me throughout this process. Already getting compliments on this beaut. The important stuff: I had an awesome experience at New Orleans Harley-Davidson. Everyone I dealt with made the whole process smooth and easy. Andrew (Andrzej); super friendly, zero pressure, and just easy to talk to was who helped me though my whole experience. He let me take my time and helped me find the exact bike I came in for. Skinny, the sales manager, was upfront and worked with me on the numbers to make sure it made sense. You can tell he genuinely wants people to leave happy. Mende the finance manager made the paperwork part quick and painless. She explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. Lars was just a solid dude — one of those people who makes the whole place feel welcoming. And the lady in the merchandise section (wish I caught her name) was awesome too — super helpful and kind. All around, just a great crew. You can tell they actually care about the people walking through the door. Easily a five-star experience.

From the GM to sales to finance, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued—never like just another number.
