The staff over here is friendly, knowledgeable, and they’re overall good at what they do. I talked with Glenn, Matt, and Chandler. Glenn helped me purchase my first bike. I got a GSA 1300! He was hesitant to let me test drive it since I’ve limited experience, but I think Chandler talked him into letting me take it for a spin. The purchase process was easier than I had expected it to be. It probably only took a few hours. My kids also came with me and they got to play with toy bikes at the store while I was doing paperwork. The toys were to-scale models of all or most of the bikes presented in the store. I went with the GSA bike because it’s the best bike on the market for comfort, touring, commuting and a little adventure. They hooked me up with a low seat and the adaptive ride height comfort, the lowest height setting for this bike. At 5’9”, I am able to flat foot the bike which was important to me. Initially, I thought it’d be cool to go with the 1000 rr sport bike, but Matt talked me out of it. I was aware it was probably not a good idea but it seemed fun anyway. But the point is that they care to set people up on the right bike. I think the GSA most closely suits my needs as I’d like to be able to have my sons ride the back safely and comfortably once they can reach the rear foot pegs. I’d like to take them on some twisties over in gatlinburg and camp out over there. The GSA has plenty of range and luggage space to do that kinda thing. The bike is heavier than some options that may be easier to handle for some new riders, however, I can manage the weight okay and the way these bikes are engineered with the boxer engine and the gearbox put on the underside of the engine, the bike handles well with a low center of gravity. At the end of the day I went with the GSA because it’s set up very well for touring and other, lighter cruisers, scramblers, or mid range sport bikes don’t provide as much comfort for touring or carrying a passenger. And actual tour bikes are typically heavier than the GSA bike and the touring bikes, to me, seemed more suited for highway use rather than a commuting/ touring/ adventure combination. Additionally, the GSA is packed with features that enable one to do whatever they’d like. It was an expensive purchase, but if you can afford it and it suits you, I think it’s worth it.

Zero pressure salesmanship, best filling in the world. We talked more about non sales related things than anything which made me feel like I was working with a friend.
