When the service tech started to install the panniers, he found a crucial part was missing that the Honda website, and their own documentation had not indicated would be needed. This, to my dismay was going to prolong my time without my bike and I was quite frustrated. Nicki and Jamie jumped into action immediately and expedited the necessary part at a great cost to them. My bike was ready for me to pick up in an extraordinary timeframe. I cannot begin to express my thanks to the entire team at MMGH for their super-professional courtesy, and the patience they had with me as I acted like a child. This is my new favorite store! Bought the 3200i generator I've been wanting forever in a pinch(during ice storm)after coordinating with store salesman Ron who was fantastic to work with. I found him from Asheville through Facebook marketplace which was cool. He made it very easy to come last minute from Asheville to pick up the generator before the storm. Awesome team over there. I will be back for anything Honda in the future even if it means driving from Asheville.
My family just purchased our 1st sxs from MM Greeneville Honda. We went with the Pioneer 1000-5. Want to give a big shout out to Ron Fillers for all the help he provided our family.
