⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Experience at Mountain Motorsports in Greenville TN! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mountain Motorsports in Greenville! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and genuine professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect side by side for my needs and budget. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free — a refreshing change from other dealerships I’ve dealt with. Josh answered all my questions clearly and took the time to explain every step, from financing options to vehicle features. My side by side was spotless, priced fairly, and exactly as described. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers and stands behind the vehicles they sell. If you’re looking for honest people and top-notch service, Mountain Motorsports in Greenville TN is the place to go. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family !
Cameron helped me from the time I arrived to look around. He showed me multiple options and helped me to pick what would work best for me. He kept me up to date on estimated arrival time. After the Polaris I picked out came in he continued to help me decide on which accessories I might like. Everyone there was knowledgeable and friendly from sales to parts to finance. I love my new purchase can’t wait to get it registered and the new accessories added and hit the mountains. I’d recommend Mountain Motor Sports in Greeneville if you’re looking for a recreation vehicle. Ask for Cameron. He will take good care of you! Thanks again Cameron.
5/5 from start to finish purchasing a 2024 Polaris 4 wheeler I felt the guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable, Josh was very knowledgeable of the products, helping me make the right decision on which 4 wheeler to purchase. And done every thing he said he would do.Definitely recommend the Greenville store if you are looking to purchase any power sports. Parts department helped me with questions I had about my machine. Branson was very helpful on finance end. Very professional for sure. I will continue to purchase equipment and accessories for years to come. Great experience all around. Great job !!!
I bought a Yamaha raptor 110 in May 2025 for my daughter. I took it to the shop multiple times before the first payment was even due. I told them it was a fuel pump. I called in and they said “we will order one under warranty”. Every time I went in with the four wheeler they said it was fine. It would quit running before we got home. Finally, they changed the fuel pump but only after they said it was bad. It took me 4 or 5 trips to get them to do this. They didn’t order any fuel pump, they took it off another four wheeler. Fast forward till today 11/20/25 The four wheeler won’t run. Less than 6 months after buying it new. I took it to the shop today. I told them it’s the same problem as before. I was told that there’s no openings to look at it until 12/5/25. I explained that it was the same problem. They told me that they didn’t even have a place to park my four wheeler. Look, I understand stuff can break, but their customer service after you purchase is terrible. Tomorrow is my daughter’s birthday and she can’t ride her 2025 Yamaha raptor. At this point I just want them to attempt to care about their customers. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Mountain Motorsports in Greeneville. Their sales people are wonderful, but after that you will not get any help if the need arises
Great experience. Josh in sales is a great guy and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable about anything they sell. Eric in service is a lot of help and looking forward to having our new machine serviced there.

Buying a motorcycle from Mountain Motorsports Greeneville in Greeneville, Tennessee? Follow this checklist before you commit.
Verify the title and VIN
Check the VIN on the frame, engine, and title to confirm they match. Run the VIN through a motorcycle history report. Mountain Motorsports Greeneville should be able to provide documentation for any bike in their inventory.
Check the fork seals and bearings
Look for oil weeping down the fork tubes — a sign the seals need replacement. Grab the front wheel and push/pull firmly to check for play in the steering head bearings.
Inspect the chain and sprockets
A worn chain will have excess slack and the sprocket teeth will look hooked or pointed instead of rounded. Chain and sprocket replacement runs $200–$500. Factor that into your offer if it's needed.
Check tire age and tread depth
Look for the DOT date code on the sidewall — tires over five years old should be replaced regardless of tread. Tires are a safety item, not a cosmetic one.
Take a test ride
Confirm the clutch engages smoothly, the brakes feel firm, and the bike tracks straight at speed. Listen for valve noise, exhaust leaks, or electrical issues. A short test ride catches problems a visual inspection misses.
