Everyone was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was very cold outside when I bought, but, they arranged to pick up my trade and drop off my new Tracer 9 in the same day. Thomas the salesman is very nice. Bryan the manager spoke with me on the phone before I came in and was very professional. Gotta give a special shout to Wesley in parts though. He gave me his personal cell number for any future accessories I want to buy and being that I purchased a bike from them, he is giving me great discounts lower than I can find online. If I had to give criticism, some things felt like they moved a little slow. But, the pool table helped pass some of the time. Big thanks to the team.
