After being ignored at another HD shop, my husband and I were so fortunate to find Mothman Harley Davidson on Thunder Rd, Parkersburg, WV. We came in with a specific model in mind, Matt and Jake quickly got that wrapped up. WOW! What fabulous service! These men know so much about their inventory, that we knew we were in good hands. On our way out of the parking lot, a mystic shift Tri-Glide rolled off the truck. Again, Matt and Jake got us taken care of. Two! Two new HD motorcycles were acquired by us. We find ourselves welcomed into what is definitely a close family. Tony, Matt and Jake, Thank you so very much. We highly recommend this dealership to purchase your next HD cycle.
We came to ride the amazing roads in Ohio. After stopping at a different dealer for a new tire and being told it would take 4 days of leaving our bike there so they could replace it, this meaning no more riding for us. 1 phone call to Jake and he was able to get us in right away for the tire change. The front counter lady was also amazing, super friendly and very informative. When decided on a dealership this definitely is one to stop at.
Drove down from Michigan to check the place out. Most of the staff was nice and great. Currently doing the ride challenge and was told I couldn't collect the hat at 5k miles due to saving it for their "locals" still purchased some shirts and a poker chip. Decided to order a shirt online that I didn't see in the store when we got back. The wrong shirt was sent. I've sent two emails back to the orders email address to see how it can be resolved and no one has responded after a couple weeks. Neat experience and great roads around the area. Not sure I can recommend their online store. Based on experience, might get better treatment as a local. Update: After my review was received, the dealership did reach out to me. Unfortunately, they were out of the shirt I wanted and apologized for not communicating that to me. They did refund my money and also sent a different shirt. They also apologized for the ride challenge mix up and offered to send a hat due to getting more in. I declined as I already picked one up from my local dealer.
How could I resist with a name like that??? Another awesome dealership. Everyone was very friendly. Stopped in for my chip and had to hit the road. We have the best community.
