Bought a used 2023 Harley Davidson Fast Johnnie here a few months ago after moving to Tennessee. Dylan my sales rep was great and has been great to chat with since the purchase. He listened to what I wanted and was patient as I tried a couple of bikes out. Had a couple of fun test rides with him. Joe, the sales manager was great after the sale, so the customer service continued after the purchase was made, greatly appreciated. Drew in service has been extremely helpful before, during and after the sale, when I ran into a small issue he got me with the right people, made sure I was taken care of. Can’t ask for more than that. Drew has also done a great job with my 2010 Ultra Limited. Solid team for sure.
I don’t care if someone put a negative review of this place earlier. But I have been here often in 2024-2025 for sales, parts, service - this is the best Harley dealer in Nashville metro area with the best people, Niko, Jason, Zig all are not just amazing, but all have six figure miles on Harley’s. Last but not the least, young salesman Naz is a rockstar- we need more people in HD sales like Naz across the country. He Wil go very far in life.
