Eventually it was and he brought Sarah in to help with the details. Both of them were easy to reach, wiling to answer all my questions and did everything possible to get us on the same page. I’d gladly work with Monarch, Derek and Sarah again.
They were amazing, I went in to get my oil changed. They got it done that day but by the time I was heading over to pick it up they were about to close. Maddix told me over the phone that he is willing to be there after close so when I get there to pick up my bike he can get me helped out. Fantastic service all around, highly recommend.
They throw parts at it until it works, took weeks, when I finally got my bike back the battery was dead and my lanyard brace was flopping around in front of my rear tire, I'm lucky it didn't bind my chain or some other thing, blinker was flopping around on its cord too. 1300 bucks down the tube. And they mark up all there parts 30 percent above retail, quote you a number and bill you for 45 percent higher than told over the phone . Nice people
Owning dirt bikes means getting a lot of work done. Devan knows his stuff and gets us back out onto the trails as swiftly as possible. Additionally, I appreciate Mike's candid advice and help with vehicle selection.
Mike helped me out and took care of me very well. I highly recommend monarch husky for their knowledge on their own products and sales technique which was low pressure. Loved the experience. Walked away with 2 bikes 🤟✊
