Charley and Dustin were excellent to deal with. Great communication leading up to my visit. I had some questions and concerns about a used sled I was looking at, so Dustin brought me back to the service area to talk with the mechanic and they ran some tests to make sure everything checked out. Honest, helpful, and attentive to my needs with this purchase. One of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. They even had someone spend some time with me after the purchase to walk me through the options and operation of this particular snowmobile and answer all my questions. I stopped by the parts desk to order some accessories, and they didn’t disappoint either. I live a couple hours away and have a local dealership, but I’m absolutely coming back here for my service needs and future purchases. Seeing the showroom was worth the trip alone! Top notch operation!

Do NOT go there if you want to negotiate or want a deal! We just went to buy a used Gator and trade ours in and they told us we would only get $5 thousand for ours when our Gator is worth $11k in mint condition! We went to another dealer and got our $11k and bought new! Mies was a joke! They do not want to negotiate and they are not eager to sell anything. Parker was nice but never even got back to me! I had to go in and talk to him and when I walked in the store no one offered to help me! Parker was busy sitting at his desk! I had to go to the front to ask for help! I will NEVER go back!
