I have had several bad experiences with Surdyke over the years and vowed to drive 100 miles out of the way before having anything serviced by them. I was referred to Midwest by Twin City Honda because their (Honda's) mechanic was on extended vacation and they said Midwest serviced Kawasaki ATVs. Midwest was upfront about possible problems with my ATV and associated costs, and even though they were weeks out said they would try to work me in before hunting season. They kept in communication, fixed my ATV within a couple of weeks, and followed up after the fact about their service. It was refreshing to see honesty and not trying to "upcharge". I will undoubtedly go back to Midwest for future service!
