Great buisness and customer service is outstanding! I have been in the market for a scooter for a while now, and mason city honda was extremely fair on price. There was a hiccup with the battery right after purchase, but within 20 mins of being notified, keith was at my house to check the issue. Within 3 hours they picked up the scooter, fixed it, and dropped it back off. Top notch service. I will definitely be returning for all my power sport needs.

They were very helpful, bike was ready when they said it would be. Very friendly! where able to get accessories and install them before pickup. would definitely recommend them to a friend. Even let me know that there were Honda accessories listed on the Honda website that would not work with my new Model Twin and that they were coming out with newer updated ones but the website had not been updated yet, so I should wait a bit a check back later for updated equipment. great shop !!!!
