I had an excellent experience buying a used bike here. I purchased a used BMW G310 GS from Ryan and the whole process was pain free, easy, and welcoming. Ryan answered any questions I had quickly and attentively. The shop had the bike clean, plated, and ready for me as soon as I was done in finance. They didn't try to sell me on a more expensive dual sport, of which they had plenty in stock, or push any add on. The process was quick and efficient. While I was picking up my bike I had a chance to check out their selection of gear. I ended up purchasing an I-30 helmet as well while I was there. Great place to do business.
