I had an amazing experience with my purchase. I live about 2 hours away from Milwaukee so just dropping by takes a few minutes lol. Jake, the salesman, and I talked on the phone and set up an appointment. When I got there everything was set up for me to check out the bike. The bike is in amazing condition and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Jake and Rob helped get the bike delivered to me, which was great because riding in snow doesn't sound fun lol. Everyone at the dealership very welcoming and helpful, I hope in the future I can buy another bike from them.

I just traded in my 2023 Honda SCL500, and I couldn’t be happier! Jake in sales was awesome- super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Jeff in finance was personable and accommodating. And Rob, the owner… you can just tell he runs a great place with a solid team with awesome energy. DO NOT PASS UP THIS MOTORCYCLE HEAVEN!!! If bikes are the cake, the people working there are the cherries on top. JAKE is who you want to see!!! He is an amazing human being who goes above and beyond wanting to help! That in itself is amazing customer service! BUT WAIT!!…..THERE’S MORE!!! From 2000 miles away, Jake took care of me from my couch as if I was face to face with him. And there’s Jeff the finance guy. No BS there. Jeff says “it costs me X, I’ll sell it to you for Y”. The whole process took 15 minutes on the phone. RIDICULOUS. In a world of crappy customer service everywhere, these guys EXCEL and set the bar on it, in taking care of you with no games, no hassles, no BS!!! Jake even set up door to for shipping!!! I literally did nothing to buy this bike! It’s like Jake did it all!!! And he did! I wish I had more money to buy more bikes from these 2! And when I do, this is my 1st stop. I wish I could post pics of my bike!!! Limited edition, 1 year only Phantom GSXR-1000R!!! I love this bike!!!
This was my experiance with Indian Motorcycle of Milwaukee. On November 21st. I took a drive to the dealership. I am 45-50 minutes away. Well I end up getting there 30 minutes early and they are not open yet. Rob the owner lets me in and I appologige for being there before they open. He says no problem what can I help you with? I said you have a pre-owned 2019 Chieften listed online. No problem he says come on in and we will find it. I look at it and it is dam near in new condition. I ask "can I take it for a ride?". He looks at the fuel gauge and says sure there is 100 miles worth of gas in it. Off I go knees in the breeze. I was an HD rider for many years. This machine just felt better to me. Take in mind I had built several HD twin cams and had a lot of experience. I am gone for an hour on the bike. I return to the dealership that is now actually open lol. I ask Rob how do I get this in my garage? He said come and talk to Jeff and we will work out the details. Zero pressure. Deal is literally made in like ten minutes. So I am ready to go home and I ask can I pick it up tommorow on my Birthday? Jeff says no problem I live in Racine and I can pick you up. WOW. He picks me up the next morning and I am off into the breeze again.Of course I dont want to go straight home so I do like a 150 mile loop. Well 90 miles into the loop. PSSS WHAP WHAP WHAP dash says rear tire zero pressure. Unbelivable. My birthday standin on the side of the road.... I call The dealer and ask what are my options while also looking at the app for my insurance that covers roadside (complete joke). Jake says no problem Rob will call you. Just a few minutes later Rob the owner calls and asks my location. He shows up in 30 minutes with an enclosed trailer and takes me back to the dealership. Im thinking I will have to get the wife to come and get me. Nope. 45 minutes later I'm on the road with a brand new tire mounted and balanced!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. In conclusion I will be going to Indian Motorcycle of Metro Milwaukee for all my motorcycle needs. Customer service A++++++++. Thanks to Rob and his staff Jeff,Jake,and Patrick & Jackson in parts and I didnt get the mechanics name but everyone involved. Class orginization.
