I am a mobile motorcycle technician and called in right when they opened about a chain for a Honda CBR 300. Gentleman told me what the motorcycle was supposed to have on it and he also said to bring the old chain so that I could go ahead and match it up for the customer which was great advice. I got the chain went in. Had them size it up. They seen a little bit of a problem being said. They could cut it one way and it would be too short possibly or they could cut it. Another lady it'd be a little long but could be possibly just about they cut the chain. Gave me what I needed. Told me if it wasn't right to come back and they would do it again. Great experience over all parts department was super helpful. Very nice and pleasant to deal with service department was exactly the same. First time that I ever set foot in that place and it was the best experience I've ever had in a motorcycle dealership ever!
