Very friendly on the phone, was able to help me order a specific screw quickly and for a reasonable price. Went to pick it up a little late and [I think it was] Paul stopped to help me and even gave me some advice. Sales for was neat and cozy looking, not to mention all the beautiful bikes. Will be happy to go back and chat them up about my '94 Magna, if they don't mind 😉.
So far nothing bad to say, have only bought some small supplies and spoken to service. They gave up about 10 minutes of time to explain and printed out my new bikes service quirks that the original dealer in NC never told me. Didnt care i bought it elsewhere. Ill update if anything changes.
