What a great business ! I was 1200 miles from home on my Vulcan cruiser and was having overheating issues coming up Raton pass . Found this shop on Google and pulled in .. service manager graciously looked at my issue and made some recommendations and allowed me to use an open bay to add fluid to my radiator which takes a little time and tools … his advice and effort helped my fix my issue and I was very grateful for the advice and help ! Totally awesome folks !
Installed Hester Elka shocks, Stage 3, today on my Cfmoto 2021 950. It feels like I bought a whole new machine. Unbelievable. Spoke with John Hester directly and he explained what the difference is between the different stages and what would work best for me. Shipping was amazingly fast! There are many places to buy parts from but extremely few who take the time with you and answer your questions regardless of what your shopping for. From $100 part to a 20k machine Hester's is top notch. If your a serious rider and want more out of your 950, you've got to get a set today!
I took my Yamaha vstar in 2023 to have it repaired. I had the money to fix it and they took my motorcycle to there shop and had it there forever and never repaired my bike. I was told they couldn't get parts and they told me that they only use certain vendors and being a automotive service manager in the past that's crap. I always and above and beyond for my customers and I EVEN BOUGHT MY BIKE FROM THEM. I know they don't sell Yamaha anymore and that's part of the problem and the worst part is that they left my bike in parts for me to take back home. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD NO DESIRE TO REPAIR MY BIKE. I HAVE TOLD LOTS OF PEOPLE ABOUT MY STORY.
