I can’t say enough good things about Louisville Harley-Davidson and especially Kyle, the service manager. I first brought my brand new 2022 Ultra Limited to them while it was still under warranty, but I had purchased it from another state; after dealing with repeated limp-mode issues that no one else could solve. Even after several attempts, the root problem couldn’t be nailed down before the warranty expired. But Kyle reassured me from the start that if they ever tracked it down to the same issue, Harley-Davidson would be held responsible, warranty or not. True to his word, once they finally pinpointed the real cause, Kyle made sure Harley-Davidson covered the parts and the repairs—even though the warranty had expired months earlier. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t stuck paying for something that should have been fixed under warranty in the first place. Because of Kyle’s persistence, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer, my bike was finally repaired correctly, and my faith in Harley-Davidson was restored.
