I purchased a brand new Yamaha Grizzly today and when the staff and I attempted to load it in my truck, it didn't fit because of my bed rails were in the way. The staff decided (without me asking) that a team would follow me home in their service truck (with my new ATV). That is top notch customer service in my humblest of opinions. My house was 20 miles away in the ice and snow. It is rare to really feel like a VAULED customer. Excellent job to the 3 who helped me today!
Can’t say enough good things about Ecofun. We drove 2 hours one way to purchase a new Yamaha generator and were surprised to see that they had just reduced the price earlier in the day. We ended up buying 2 new Yamaha generators because we were so happy with the customer service and price. Wonderful experience all around and Tim was very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased a Ninja 500 from EcoFun and was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I worked with Tony, who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. In the world, where a lot of places say that they’re all about customer service, EcoFun motorsports, absolutely steps up to the plate to be one of the top outdoor motorsports dealers in Minnesota. I had my new e bike in the shop with them most of the summer due to technical problems with my new electric bike that I had just bought from them midwinter. No more than 30 miles on it. It just kept malfunctioning after the fourth time of it malfunctioning I took the bike in to talk to Tim and Russ and the rest of his team…and to say that I was met with a reaction I was not expecting as an understatement. I was treated with kindness, respect, apologies, and was made completely right. I was able to leave that day with a bit of an upgraded bike after paying the difference on my new scoot star. We put 30 miles on when we got home. It was absolutely flawless. If you’re in the market for an E bike, four wheeler, scooter, ATV, anything fun and exciting for a Minnesota summer.
