I picked up my new snowmobile Thursday, and already put 300 miles on it this weekend! This is the 3rd snowmobile I have bought from Ecklunds. As always, Jeff (salesman) took great care of me. They also have a great service department that is really good at getting me back out on the trails when I need repairs which is greatly appreciated with the short snowmobile season, I can’t afford downtime! :)
I was interested in a sled they had for sale I’m not from around the area so I had my buddy go look at it for me before I made the trip over because he’s from the Appleton area. When he looked at it before me he told me that the salesmen said the guy traded it in because the insurance was so expensive. I Went down to Appleton to then check it out. I told the salesmen I was interested in the sled and wanted to know the story on it and he told me that it was a demo unit. The salesmen then went silent like he was mute and walked away. After looking more at the sled I noticed that the front end on the left side of the sled was set back 2 inches compared to the other side. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them take your money elsewhere.
I don’t recommend buy used. I bought a 2021 GSXR 600 looked and ran amazing. Inside of the neck was cracked which means it was totaled. Getting ahold of them was a joke lol. I wanted gap insurance never got it. They treat you great till your out the door.
Josh Juedes was the perfect salesman. He listened to me, got me what I wanted, and walked me through my new scooter. He was willing to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel foolish for asking anything.
This place will never treat the customer right. There is a reason the parking lot is always empty. The management is absolutely terrible. I assume it’s because higher management doesn’t do squat. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY.
