Had a great experience buying my XDiavel V4 from Ducati of Richfield! I was a bit nervous at first since it’s a big purchase for me, but Rob and Zac were amazing—super attentive, patient, and helpful with all my questions. The place was busy, so there were a couple small delays, but they still made sure everything was handled right. Super satisfied with the experience and I’ll definitely be back (already thinking about my next one!).

3rd update: It turns out that my bike is NOT fixed, dealership has stopped replying to my emails and Ducati has not weighed in either. At this point I would strongly urge people to avoid Ducati bikes as well as this dealership. 2nd Update: I'm MUCH happier with my most recent visit! I had some warranty work that needed to be done, so I had to get the bike back in here. Zac was far better than the last service manager I dealt with, he was much more organized. Two of the service guys and a salesman were ready to jump in and help get the bike out of the truck. They said it would be 1 hour and it was almost exactly that. Everyone was friendly. The same two service guys helped to get the bike back in the truck when it was time to leave. I'm not ready to give 5 stars yet, but if things continue the way they were today, I'd be glad to up it! Very good job today! It was a MUCH better experience. Updated: Sales staff still seem to be very friendly and helpful (only reason for 2 stars). The service department is disappointing. Waited for 4 hours (not an exaggeration at all, and i had an appointment!) to be told that they couldn't fix it without warranty authorization and parts and that the authorization could take 2 months! The whole 4 hours I was there, I listened to the staff bickering with each other on the sales floor. Original: Very friendly staff and great customer service!

I was blown away by the way small issues were handled - If I had a question they didn't know the answer to, they called the Ducati rep on the spot. When I noticed some minor damage days AFTER the purchase was complete, they took care of it no questions asked. Highly recommend Richfield.
