I've been dealing with DTM for about 4 years, buying a 22 Zforce 950 HO EX, which has been amazing, 3 trips to Hatfield and McCoy, AOAA, Famous Reading and everywhere local. Then a snow plow, Yamaha golf cart, Kawasaki NAV , my son bought a U-10 XL last week and he's a diehard Canam guy and he is impressed. Today after torturing Chris and Emory for a few weeks, I was comfortable buying my U-10 Pro, I went in for a used UForce and after talking with the DTM team, a new unit made more sense and was only a few K more. We have always come to a agreement on everything we have bought which worked out for both of us. Service is top notch, although I do all my own work, but they support me with parts, manuals etc. I highly recommend DTM and especially Chris, but the entire team is amazing, so it's just not one person that makes it happen! The facility is amazing, I don't think anyone in the tristate area has as much stock as them! I highly recommend DTM and believe me, I'm tough to please! I picked up my new KTM 990 RC R from DTM today. I don't know how, but Chris managed to get me one of the first ones in the country despite KTM trying to cancel the preorder. Before pickup, communication was great. I put a deposit down when they were announced. Chris gave me a very fair quote, and gave me pretty much weekly updates until the bike appeared with no warning. Fast forward to picking the bike up on NYE. I drive up from DC. When I got out of the car, the outside speakers were playing old school hip-hop. The vibes were good. I open the door and they have an awesome shop dog. Vibes continue to get even better. Instead of the usual salesman popping out of nowhere to try to sell me on... anything, I walk back towards a desk. A man looks up. "You look like a Josh. Did you see it?? It's awesome!" Chris was correct. I am Josh. I saw my bike that he had set up near the door. And the bike is awesome. Got the paperwork finalized. Made some jokes with Felton. Tried to pet the dog. Walked back to the parts department when I heard what sounded like my bike as I knew they were activating the tech package. Saw some techs grinning like idiots at the sound. These are my people. Chris spent time the night before setting the bike up for me, updating all the software, and even installed a trickle charger cable and hid it under the passenger seat. I'm not shocked DTM has such great reviews. These folks clearly love bikes and love riders. From the music outside when I entered to the final goodbye (must have been 4 guys that congratulated me on the sick bike as I was leaving), this was vibe I didn't know I was looking for for a bike shipping experience. There were several dealerships closer to DC than DTM, but if I ever want another bike that they sell, I'm going back. Great motorcycle purchasing experience. Thanks, guys.
