Bike was dead when I arrived so he made sure I got a battery and made sure I wasn't charged for it, he helped me get the most out of my trade and all the tax breaks and deals I possibly could, very happy with him and the dealership and my new bike! Worth the hour and a half drive for sure!
Dropped off my wheel and tire in the morning to get replaced and was told it would be finished by lunch and I asked 3 times and clarified that it would only cost 50. It's past lunch and I call to get an update and the lady says they haven't started and she would go ask and would give me a call back in a second. So I wait around in the area for 50 minutes and I 3 call times with no answer. Finally someone answers and a gentleman says she went to lunch and he would check and give a call back. Don't get a call back for 2 more hours saying they finished and the total was nearly 70?? They forgot to mention a misc fee, parts fee, disposal fee, etc.. I ask about it and apparently the guy is new? But the manager was sitting right next to him when he told me it would only be 50. I bring my wheel back home and they forgot to give me my wheel spacer and took off my tire pressure valve cap. And no way to contact since they had closed so I end up reaching out on Facebook. And they leave my wheel looking like absolute shit. It's covered in glue from where they removed the old balancing weights. They didn't even bother to get it off. I have had countless tires replaced and not once has any dealership or person done that. Leaving extremely frustrated that I had to make an additional trip just to pick up my parts they forgot to give, ended up paying more than what I was told (even though I asked 3 times!), my wheel looking like shit, and god forbid they didn't lose my wheel spacer as a replacement would take 12 weeks to arrive. I have never had a bigger headache for the most simple thing. They never offered to take responsibility for the discrepancy in price (it feels deceitful when I ask multiple times and they confirm only for it to be a different price when it comes time to pay) , or to even clean the wheel. If this is the experience I had with simply getting one tire put on I couldn't imagine ever bringing a bike here.

When u buy a motorcycle from them they offer a tire and wheel package. I took it because I ride ALOT of miles. Took tire in for repair the first time and they changed it without inspection. No issue here on this BUT I asked for an inspection because I said it might not need to be replaced I just wanted to know why it went flat. Anyway 2 weeks later I get a metal shard in the rear tire and then they want photos as proof of the damage to cover the repair. I provide the photos and they tried to CHARGE me for thr repair. I moved away from bowling green only to find out the tire and wheel package is NOT a Kawasaski offer and only a 3rd party package. My new dealer cannot and will not honour BIG COUNTRY tire and wheel package even though it was included in the OUT THE DOOR PRICE OF THE BIKE. They dont tell u that either. Buyer beware if u get their packages u may be spending over 1k extra for LOCAL ONLY services! Im out $500 extra for that tire and wheel package as i cannot afford to ride back to bowling green for tire replacement or repairs!
WORTH THE DRIVE! I travel for work and was looking for a specific SxS on my travels. I live in Nashville, but found exactly what I wanted at a place where you could “ride now“ in FL. I tried to make a deal but they were literally 10K more with dealer fees, set up fees, and other crap that no buyer should have to pay for. Jonathan and the entire staff at Big Country were amazing and did everything remotely. I made the 90 min drive and spent 20 min signing the deal. Their customer service and follow up has been impeccable. I highly recommend this team if you need any power sport toys.
