We have had an awesome experience with Cities Edge! We worked with both Clark and Alyssha, and one of their service guys (didn't catch his name) and all were awesome to work with! We bought a new Kawasaki Ridge HVAC and absolutely love it! I have been researching a new SXS for a couple years, and Cities Edge had the best price by far. Clark and Alyssha were both very helpful over the phone and by email. We live 3 hours away from the dealership, and the 6 hour round trip drive was well worth it. They did everything over the phone and by email, so when we showed up our machine was waiting for us, clean and full of fuel, and the paperwork only took a couple minutes. Alyssha and the service tech went over everything on the machine, and allowed us to take a test drive before we paid. We would highly recommend Cities Edge!!
Terrible service! Wish they made a zero star option. I dropped off an old Polaris atv for an oil change and tune up. They assured me they could work on it even though they are not a Polaris dealer. It was in the shop for a whole month! Absolutely ZERO communication. I had to keep calling to check on it and every time I called there was a new excuse about it waiting on a different part. The cherry on top was that when I picked it up today after a month of not being able to use it for plowing, they had the nerve to charge $700 for an oil change and spark plugs! Do not use them if you’re on any sort of a schedule or if you value simple customer service or communication!
This place is absolutely great! We bought two Kawasaki ATV's From Clark. He was so helpful and even walked us through the financing application. After about 6 weeks one of them wouldn't start. I called Clark and he got us in immediately. Well... it turned out that mice had gotten in, made a nest, and chewed a bunch of wires. UHHGG! Long story short and 2 hours later, it looks brand new again (no joke, its like nothing ever happened). Everyone at Cities Edge went above and beyond and we will return for all of our future purchases and service.
