Sam hooked me up. He helped get me situated with a 2021 Khaos. He was there to answer all my questions, help set me up with a maintainence plan, and walk me through the sled. A great contact I will use going forward. Each experience at Carls has been positive. The first was a KLR650. I went into Carl's to look at a SxS and was told that Sam was an awesome guy, so he showed me the one that I was interested in and he told and me all about it, the wife and I took it for a test drive and loved it. I then added what I wanted to it and Sam came up with a great deal so I purchased it. The whole transaction was very smooth all the employees I met that day were super nice people. Sam delivered my ride before Christmas and it was the best present ever. I had a couple of minor problems but Sam was right on top of it and took care of it all. I just want say if your looking to purchase a toy definitely ask for Sam he is an Awesome guy. Thanks for everything.
