In January 2025, I purchased a Honda rebel 1100 from Brookhaven Honda. The day before purchasing the bike I talked to the salesman (Brandon) and asked if there were any problems with the bike such as the infamous Honda rebel 1100 oil leak. I was told there was no leak and the price of the bike was as listed at $5000. I was also told that I would have to buy a two year warranty in order to purchase the bike. I told Brandon that I definitely have the $5000 but I don’t know if I would be able to get the $550 extra for the motorcycle warranty. The next day while checking out the bike, I noticed that it had oil residue on the lower engine/hoses, but was reassured that the bike had no more leaks and that an oil change was performed and tested for leaks. A few weeks ago I noticed the bike was running hotter and the shifts were getting harder so I checked the oil stick and it was dry. After doing an emergency oil change I found that the bike had leaked 1 1/2 quarts in about 6 months. I contacted Honda and was told to contact a dealership. The dealership near me went under so I bought it to another shop. They refused service because of they said “ The oil leak is massive and the leak most likely ruined your clutch. It could’ve been bad from the purchase time but it’s definitely destroyed now. Being that this was your first bike you probably wouldn’t have noticed.” Now I’m out $5k and will try and resolve this with Brookhaven Honda. Shady at it’s worst is what I think of Brandon and Brookhaven.
Sub par customer service. We noticed our brand new 4 wheeler had a hole in the rear tire once we got home. I reported it to Jimbo and Ben, the GM. Ben had no quilt and said there’s nothing he can do about it and said my son probably ran over a screw in the Home Depot parking lot.
I recently purchased a pioneer 1000 from here and the salesman was very rude over the phone but nice in person until the sale was complete. the hood was falling off wouldn’t stay closed we go to leave and my wife seen the back seat belts were falling off I ask for the manager and did not talk to the manager until he heard me and the salesman arguing I was told “dude it is not a big deal” well I feel it is a big deal I will not be back here and suggest everyone else do the same!

I came there expecting a salesperson to run up and try selling me on all kinds of extra stuff that is not needed....but no one did that . I went to the dirtbike I wanted and asked the nice lady at the desk right next to it how much it was because the price tag was missing, I was expecting her to tell me some overpriced amount but again I was wrong, she told me a price lower that I thought. I told her I wanted it, and she said ok have a seat, I sat down gave her my ID, and she filled out some paperwork for the title , I gave her the cash and got my receipt. They prepared the bike and that was it!! I was so happy I didn't have to deal with someone pushing me to buy extra things. I have the best experience ever, I will definitely do business with Brookhaven Honda again.
