It took over two months to receive a new set of wheels for my side-by-side, a delay caused entirely by repeated ordering mistakes. Tires were ordered that did not fit the wheels, requiring corrections and additional wait time. For a business that specializes in this type of equipment, the lack of basic attention to compatibility is concerning. After enduring the prolonged delays and unnecessary back-and-forth, I was then informed by a male staff member in the shop, that the dust caps would need to be purchased separately. While I will be doing so, it will not be from this business. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that my expectations for competence and customer service were far too generous.
