I had a great experience buying my new Pioneer Bay Sport 220 from Avalanche out of state (MA). Everyone I dealt with from the initial outreach to final delivery north was amazing. Pricing was fair and competitive. My main point of contact was Chad in sales, who is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. I have had operating questions as a well a few minor issues and repairs, all of which Chad was on top of. I love the boat and am very happy with my decisions on the boat and to buy from Avalanche. I would recommend them to anyone!
I can only say that I had the best experience in dealing with Chad Langley the sales manager. He was on top of things, he even answered on a Sunday night inquiry on the boat. The prices are as good as your going to get, they charged the right price on added accessories they did not sell the boat low and then try gouging you on accessories. They got me the best loan numbers through Huntington bank and honestly I give them and their team a 5 star review, so if you are looking for a good boat at a good price please call Chad at Avalanche.
Brent was great we highly recommend! Very easy hassle and headache free experience. We drove 8 hours from Florida because of how much better they were then dealers around us. if you are looking I highly encourage to give Avalanche a call.
I will recommend Avalanche(Chad Langley)to every person I know who is looking for a boat. From start to finish it was a great experience. Customer service is exceptional. I am in a customer service industry and after my experience with them have decided I need to step my own customer service up! 5 star across the board. If you are looking to buy a boat at least stop in and talk to them.
A great experience working with everyone at Avalanche Motorsports. I was in the market for a Carolina Skiff 21L. Avalanche was my first stop. Up front pricing and no pressure sales. Todd and Brent listened to what I wanted and put together and great boat. I did my due diligence and visited several places in North Carolina that sells Carolina Skiff and ended up where I started. When my boat came in, their service department met with me and went over all the modifications and made sure I was satisfied. They have a customer for life.
