I just completed my third purchase at Arizona Kawasaki. You can rest assured I'll be back for a fourth and fifth and ... so on, for as long as I live in the valley. Heck even if I leave the valley, I'd travel back for a fair deal. For context, I've either purchased from or dealt with almost every dealership in the Phoenix area in person, most of which I'll not be returning to. Almost no one conducts business the way this shop operates anymore. The first quote you'll receive from Matt and Cesar will always be a reasonable quote, and they aren't joking when they mention they'll do what it takes to earn your business, so take the time to communicate. I've always ridden away feeling like we arrived at a fair deal, and am happy to return. For parts and service Andrew and Kris are amazing to deal with, and both really know their craft - you could easily pick their brains for ideas for hours. Thanks again, guys - this Z900 is a dream! Recently, I purchased a bike Ninja 650 from Arizona Kawasaki. I was purchasing my first motorcycle and did shop around through few dealers and Arizona Kawasaki was the best. Matt Simpson was great at answering any questions I had and helping me with my purchase. Overall I am very happy with this dealer and will be coming back for my next purchases
These guys are great salesman. Got the best price possible on my bike (I shopped for my model heavily). Didn't feel pressured to buy or to buy other models. Got a ton of knowledge from all of the staff about my particular bike as well. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new bike / toy.
Recently purchased five of the Brute units for my ATV tour startup. The reps were knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Multiple checkups were done during the process as I moved forward with the business creation. The crew that handles repairs and maintenance were more than willing to give advice or help with any questions I had going forward. They were able to deliver the units to my residence, though I was not that far. Very satisfied with the units so far, very sleek and easy to use.
