I saw the scoot advertised online. I sent a text to inquire about the 2012 Harley Davidson Street glide CJ was right back at me with the information that I wanted and we made plans for me to come down to Tennessee. I put a deposit on the scoot and went down last Friday. I got to the dealership, America’s Motor Sports, Madison, Tennessee a little early. They weren’t supposed to open until nine but one of the people with the company told me that I could just go inside and stay warm which was very nice on that very cold day.. CJ and the team unloaded my Harley from the trailer and then after we had completed all of the paperwork, they loaded my new Harley on the trailer, strapped it down ad I said earlier it was very cold. The dealership worked with me all the way through the process thanks to American motorsports Madison and thanks, CJ
Easy transaction quick motorcycle purchase. CJ was my sales person and I believe he got me the lowest price. There are enough stores that your never very far away from service or parts.
We bought 2 storm 70CC 4wheelers for our middle boys for christmas. I met CJ and the experience was great. Now. Imagine being 7 years old christmas morning your 4 wheeler doesnt start. I called CJ the day after christmas when i was at the fire hall, not only did he pick it up, he then warranted and had to swap out units. Then DELIVERED it back. Now when it comes to customer service I also own a business. Customer service is absolutely forgotten about. CJ went above and beyond and I couldnt be more thankful and happy I chose CJ and America's powersports.
Took my sxs in for a Warranty claim they ended up putting new motor in went back and forth few times over oil leak then got it back decided to put my bigger tires on did that then unloaded it off the trailer went down into my wood made a right to come back up and made a pop and like went into neutral. Took it back in to them they looked it over said it needed a rear differential that not covered under warranty due to my bigger tires. So that was in 2024 so I save up money I buy this new differential go to ride here in 2025 the driveshaft falls out of the transmission rips my wire harness and few other things so I put this on them if who ever installed the engine would have tightened everything down to factory it probably would have never happen if I have to go back and check someone work I do it myself so that’s where I’m at today and not only that the dang gasket sealer bs they used on my engine instead of ordering a gasket was very unprofessional
I had a great experience, my salesman, Justin Curtis was absolutely amazing to deal with. I highly recommend 10 out of 10. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal and I went home.
