My son who is multiply special purchased his Polaris Ranger 1000 from American biker. Everyone talked and treated him like everyone else with respect .They showed him everything that he had to know how to work and make sure that he understood everything. He is so happy with his new ride. It’s called Jacks ride! I can’t thank everyone enough my heart is full knowing there are good people in this world.. so if you want to be treated with respect and feel like you’re family go to American biker. Brought my CV40 Carburetor in to get rebuilt. I get it back and go to put it back onto my bike and come to find out, now my fuel inlet fitting is now cracked, which means it leaks fuel. This isn't the first issue I've had with them either. I've brought my bike in the get the speedometer replaced, and when I get my bike back MONTHS LATER all my foot pegs are loose, my petcock cover is missing, they seemingly lost and then replaced the screw to hold the seat down, and they broke the trickle charge corrosion protection cover. As well as the wiring being sloppy after they replaced the speedometer. I've tried being patient with them. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but if you plan on bringing your bike to this establishment to get work done on your bike, then be prepared. A week means a month there and 2 weeks means 3 months. The absolute only redeeming factor, is the fact that the service manager is very professional and does try to be helpful. I do not believe I will ever do business with this business again EDIT: I was reached out to by the management team, and upon explaining my situation, in detail, they kindly and respectfully asked me to return with the Carburetor. I went in and was treated with respect, and they took the Carburetor and fixed the issue free of charge. After my explanation to them, they apologized for my experience and assured me that issues, like mine, will be monitored so they don't happen again. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service, especially with a disgruntled customer like myself. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future
Excellent dealership, operates with integrity and high customer service. The owner Rich is a great guy, super knowledgeable and passionate about motorcyles and took amazing care of me. I’m new to the area and I brought my bike here for the first time for a new tire. I rode it home and it went flat due to a bad tube. They picked up my bike an hour away on a flatbed and brought it back to the dealer and fixed it all at no cost to me. They even repaired a taillight for me I didn’t notice was bad. I’ll definitely buy my next bike from them when I trade up which will be soon.
I had the greatest experience yesterday 01/11/26 at the shop. Rob was really awesome helping me finish the process of purchasing my beautiful bike. Everyone that works there are great people. And I will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next one. I will forever be a fan of American Biker. Thank you Rob. The wife and I will be back to shop soon!
Went to get two wheels balanced that i mounted. $40. Not bad. Went back a week later for balancing two more wheels and now it’s $50. Price went up. Went back a few weeks later and now it’s $40 plus misc, plus tax for 1 wheel. These are just to balance them. Was told they charge .3 hours to balance a wheel off the bike. That’s 18 minutes. Any tech who has ever balanced a wheel on a spin balancer can do this in under .1hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess I’m buying my own spin balancer now.
