Huge shout out to my guy Sean in sales for getting this yellow rocket in my garage this past week. He was a huge help keeping my payments in my budget and helping me find the best insurance. I just bought my new Yamaha R7 from Alcoa Good Times, and the whole experience was awesome from start to finish. Sean was my salesman, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — just genuinely helpful and easy to work with. The entire team at Alcoa Good Times made the process quick and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with my bike. I also wanna give Marcus a shoutout, he was very helpful getting everything together and helping with anything he could. Marcus is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to bikes. Great place for new riders! I just purchased my first motorcycle, and wanted to thank the staff at Alcoa Good Times, especially Tanner in Sales and Drew in Parts. Honestly, the best customer service I have received anywhere in any field! They never "sold" me a thing! Instead, they would make recommendations anytime I would ask and answer every question in detail. They made me feel confident in MY decision, not just like they were trying to pick and choose everything for me.
