Customer service and communication from the sales team was exceptional throughout the pre- and post-sale journey. Jeff and Jillian, in particular, were great to work with. The entire process was seamless including Jeff working with my shipper to get the bike down to Miami. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough and will definitely return for future purchases.
I bought both my 2025 Ducati HyperMotard 698 RVE and my 2025 BMW S1000RR from them in the past 2 months. The finance lady and sales man were amazing to deal with. They were not pushy and helped me get the bikes and deal I wanted. everyone at the dealership from parts, service, finance, and sales are great people. They treat their customers right. Just wish they carried other makes as I bought a Kawasaki a few days ago from another dealership and I would have preferred to buy from Adventure, but they don't offer Kawasaki. 5 out of 5 would recommend Adventure Motorsports of NWF to everyone.
I've bought 2 bikes from Adventure Motor Sports in as many months. My salesperson(Hannah) was the same for both bikes. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The gm (Terry) was extremely helpful on both deals as well. I highly recommend that you visit, you'll thank me. Well, I normally don't post negative reviews but I'd be remiss if I at least didn't express my feelings. I've purchased three hikes at adventure, first was a super chief, next a road master and a few days ago a ducati diavel v4. It felt with every purchase I became a little more invisible until it got to the point where I wasn't shown anything about the ducati by the sales representative who was credited with the actual sale even though they did nada through the process. I love my purchases, each bike is definitely a part of my family. The only regrets I have perhaps is purchasing them all from the same dealership. The only people who have stepped up are Jillian, Ali and Joey. I had a little help (reluctantly) from a salesman who wasn't involved in anything. Invisible... that's definitely the word. Not looking for preferential treatment, but definitely don't appreciate being invisible. I've since purchased a 3rd bike from the dealership. Jillian, the sales manager was an important part of this purchase. As per usual she was extremely helpful. That dealership is extremely lucky to have her there. Thanks Jillian, I appreciate your help and hard work. You're amazing.
Adventure Motorsports of Northwest Florida is awesome! From the moment you walk in to when you leave, everyone is super helpful, especially in the sales department. They really went out of their way to help me find my dream bike. I called and talked to Kristen, who quickly connected me with Julian since I was buying the bike mostly over the phone from out of town. Julian worked hard to make the deal happen, and she totally nailed it! I drove all the way from Louisiana to pick up my bike and do the paperwork. That's when I met Jeff, the BMW motorcycle expert. He was straightforward and got everything sorted out quickly, he worked hand in hand with parts to get me and the bike outfitted just the way I wanted it, which I really liked. Then I met Nick, who was super organized and explained everything clearly. He even had my contract ready so we could go over it before I signed. He talked about the warranties, service costs, and how to take care of my bike, which showed he really cared about helping me, not just making money. They are a business that truly cares about their customers. I’m definitely going back to buy my next bike from them. Even though it’s a three-hour drive, I’ll probably return for service and parts because the team is just that great!
Tire replacement was all good. The chain work was extremely pricey and it's sagging. I'm pretty disappointed there, but it is cleaner, not sure it was worth $100. My tire is on, but idk what they destroyed on the rear fork, with screw thing is extremely warped and I can't fix it. I understand they "aren't liable" because of "lack of proof". But come on. Idk, if I wanna but a KTM I'll go there, but for now I'm pretty mad.
