My father-in-law brought his Tige to YHWS to replace the ballast bags. When they returned the boat, it had a drained battery, an anchor left sitting on the seat cushion, and mud smeared in the engine compartment—like it had just survived a frat party, not a professional service. He asked them to clean it properly and confirm that the ballast system was working. Spoiler: They didn’t. Next thing we know, the boat starts taking on water—the starter and bilge pump fail, and the steering cable gives out. It had to be towed. After two failed attempts by YHWS to install and verify the ballast system, no reasonable person would bring the boat back a third time. So, he took it to a third-party technician, who confirmed the bow ballast bag had been installed incorrectly—the likely cause of the near-sinking incident. My FiL sent YHWS the $3,400 repair bill. They refused to reimburse anything, despite clear negligence. They were rude the whole time. If you’re into boats that sink and service shops that don’t care, YHWS is for you.

Purchased a new Geopro there , Skyler was the my salesman and I can’t say enough about him. I told him what I wanted and didn’t want any extra add ons and a straight out the door price and within minutes I had a purchase order emailed to me . The next morning I went to the bank got the loan and picked my camper the same day. I have spent months working with other salespeople at other dealers across the southeast just to get frustrated with all the thousands of add ons they add to the final price. Christen at Young Harris Water Sports provided me and my friend with exceptional customer service, going beyond what we expected. Me and my friend were attempting to get 3 spark plugs in that we had purchased from them at around 4:45 but didn’t have the proper socket kit to complete the job. Christen was able to secure a socket for us and stayed after they closed for several minutes and even gave us a hand until we were finished. 10/10 customer service and we would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area.

She had a repairmen, Johnny Barnett, come to my dock and diagnose the issue the following day. He was on time, very knowledgeable and quickly figured out my problem.
