Was looking for a very specific boat on the used market. Late on a Saturday I happened to be driving over the bridge and saw what looked to be the unicorn I was looking for. I sent a web inquiry, and had a text message back within an hour from Noah. With some text messages back and fourth into the evening on a Saturday, we arranged a test ride on a Sunday morning for my Daughter and I. We closed on the boat later that week. Noah made the process easy working with our timeline and explaining everything as expected. I know a few boat brokers, but working with Noah, was a great experience.
Nice boats. But the fact that they wouldn’t let a pregnant woman use the bathroom real quick because you’re not part of their club wasn’t nice. The woman at the counter suggested I walk across the giant busy intersection to pee at the circle K instead of just letting me pee very quickly. Didn’t realize we were in the 1800s and you’re not allowed to use certain bathrooms.
Excellent experience. Tim, Carmen, Ken and the rest of the team were great to work with on our purchase. Very knowledgeable and super helpful to get us what we wanted and also assist with a complete understanding of all the key aspects of the boat and options. So, I'll never buy a boat from them again. They are your best friend when selling you a boat. They brag about being a Volvo Penta Dealer and Shop. But if you buy a used boat from them, like less than a year ago, and then have an issue, they won't work on it once it's more than 10 years old. So to recap, I bought a 9.5 year old boat, on the 360th day of my ownership I needed to bring it in for service and they flat out refused because they are "unfamiliar with the boat". Even after finding out a bought it there and they "did a whole inspection and got it ready to sell" they still wouldn't let me bring it in.
