Wow what a great experience with above and beyond customer service !! This was our first new boat purchase and Kris along with Erik and Eddie truly were great. I had so many questions and the response time was always so fast and Kris even helped me out after hours which I never expected but truly feel they are committed to their customers . Just wanted to give a shout out to Eddie at VS Marine. Eddie was awesome. We bought a used boat from them that didn’t function the way it was suppose to so they gave me an option to buy a new boat and gave me all my money back on the used boat. Stand up company. Along our journey Eddie made sure he helped us and went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable. He spent a half a day on the water with us to make sure we knew everything about our new boat. We purchased our pontoon boat from Shawn at VS Marine in 2017. Shawn is a straight shooter and not a pushy sales person. He is knowledgeable and listens to what you want. I have purchased numerous boat accessories from VS Marine over the years and gone to them for our boat's annual service. Greg and Troy in the service department are great. They are always friendly and do excellent work. Most recently we decided to sell our boat. Not wanting to deal with the time and effort it takes, I had Shawn list the boat on consignment. He sold it the first week!
Let me tell you about VS Marine in Atascadero, Ca… They offered me a great trade in value on my 15’ 24MXZ and a great price on a fully loaded 22’ 25LSV. I took possession on Friday and my wife and I felt the love!! The next day we got the news about the recall for the gas tank issue. So that was a bummer but not The dealerships fault. About an hour after the dealership opened on Tuesday I got a call from Shawn, the dealership manager, and was asked to bring it in the next day and they would get it done ASAP. I got the boat on Wednesday morning and was able to pick it back up end of day!! The whole experience was as smooth as I could ever imagine it to be!! So let’s start at the top with the owner Chris. Hiring an incredible team is where it starts!!! Tina is a financing Genius!!! Shawn wears a lot of hats and wears them well!! Eddie was always close by to help in any way he could.
