Wasn't sure about trying to get into something so soon but my salesman Wyatt made it simple and easy. They gave me what I thought was a far price for trade in and we ended up doing most of the stuff over the phone and made the whole process super easy. All I had to do is drop my trade off and they did the rest. Transferred everything over and even kept the new boat in storage till I was ready to pick it up. I was really excited when I first met Wyatt and put a deposit down on a used pontoon. Fast forward two months later and I have now had him ghost me for a scheduled pick up, and delays after delays because they are “so busy“. When I talked to the office yesterday they promised to have somebody call me today and again that did not happen. It is still not ready. he Promised “to make it right”, but that hasn’t happened. I’m supposed to hear from them tomorrow and hopefully have it before Saturday. But I’m not holding my breath. Update: Wyatt remains in communication (To his credit, he is very responsive).
