I had a great experience. Despite fishing my whole life, I never owned a properly outfitted fishing boat. I have always wanted a Lund with modern electronics. Jeremy, Hunter, Houston and Jake all were super responsive and helped me walk through the options and made amazing recommendations. They even took the time to take me out on the lake and learn the boat and electronics.
Great store, but call for store hours before you go. Summer hours differ from the rest of the year, and as of this writing, the store hours posted on Google Maps was incorrect. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. Professional staff.
Wow , what an amazing experience with Vances, Outdoor Marine in Hebron, OH. I called and asked to speak with the service department about an issue I had with my Lund boat. The service department was busy, but they told me a gentleman named Chad would call me back. And yes, Chad called me back. By the way, I had reached other Lund dealers without getting a response. When Chad called me back, he asked he told me he would be there till 8 PM, and I can bring my damaged boat, the same day. Chad and his team looked over my boat and contacted lund about addressing this matter by manufacturers policy. My insurance company totaled the boat out because, a repair would not guarantee the structural integrity. Chad assured me he would talk with. A gentleman named Hunter and Evan, to get me a really good deal On a new boat. I was impressed because they followed through with their word from beginning to end. I certainly admire their honesty!! If you're looking for a new boat and you want a good deal, honest and integrity. Stop out and just talk to them. And you will see why I am writing this review.
